Postage options within the United Kingdom:
I use Royal Mail to post your items to you. Postage is based on the weight of your basket at the checkout.
International postage rate is charged at the rate based upon the weight of your basket at the checkout. I use International Standard, unless you want to pay for tracked delivery. International Standard usually takes 7 -10 days according to Royal Mail.
Royal Mail is used for all deliveries. Royal Mail aim to have your parcel delivered with 1 to 3 working days if it’s the UK; and 7-10 working days for International.
My aim is to post within 48hrs of receiving payment; except where this isn’t possible, i.e., Bank Holidays & Weekends. There might be a slight delay when I am running a special offer or at peak shopping times such as the Christmas season.
I will notify you immediately by email if there is an expected delay; or if I haven’t received the payment into the bank account.
Kaela Elliott Fabrics can’t be held responsible if your parcel fails to arrive at its destination. If you require a trackable parcel, then please advise me and I will get you a cost for this.
For large orders that cost considerably more to post, I reserve the right to inform you of the higher postage cost. I will only proceed with the order once you have confirmed that you would like to proceed with the higher postage cost applied.
Buyers are responsible for any tax/import duty on parcels. I cannot be held responsible for any orders/parcels that are held in Customs.
